The inaugural 4two cup finally gets underway this weekend (7th & 8th May) at Donington Park.  The Leicestershire circuit hosts the Britcar Festival on what will be a packed schedule of motor racing, including the Mazda MX5 Championship, Boss Cup and Dutch Supercars.
Drivers will take to the grid in two races, with qualifying action kicking off on Saturday 7th at 10.25.  The lunch break will host a Smart parade, with ‘smarties’ doing a lap of the track, before the first race gets underway at 14.30.  The second race of the series will entertain spectators in front of the setting sun at 19.35.
Eleven racers are signed up for the first round with a very diverse grid.  Youngster David Moore, part of the successful Moore family will be out in the race car, taking on experienced GT racers Andrew Donaldson and Paul Bates.  Sarah Franklin, a competitor in last years Trofeo Abarth 500 GB Championship, will be adding to her racing credentials taking on the men in another pint- sized racer.
For what will be a UK first, Donington Park is where it all happens this weekend for motoring enthusiasts.  Tickets can be purchased at the following:
