A successful Autosport show

The smart 4two cup was unveiled to the motor racing community at the Autosport International Show, which took place over the weekend.

The racecar, the 4two brabus, sat proudly on the Britcar Championship stand and despite its size drew a lot of attention.

Co-founder of the cup, Paul Bates commented: ‘We had a very successful event with interest coming from all kinds of racers, including complete novices who thought motorsport was out of the equation.’

With the car placed right opposite the new Lotus Renault GP Formula 1 car and a short walk from the Autosport stage, plenty of visitors came to check out the smart, including some well-known racers.

Forner Formula 1 racer, Mark Blundell and 2009 Ginetta Junior Racing Champion, Sarah Moore headed to the stand as did Guinness World Record holder, Edd China, who managed to squeeze his 6ft 7 frame into the smart! and

Interest from potential drivers, including karters and female was high and more announcements on this will be made in due course.
